trjohnst
So I just got my AQ2200D after replacing it with my BC2000D Crescendo amp. Needless to say, it seems like the BC2000D was more powerful. I have my gains set correctly so that it is not clipping, have the bass boost all the way up but it seems like it doesnt have as much power as my Crescendo amp. Does anyone have any opinions or is this a possibility that it should be the same amount? Its on a AQ HDC3 15". bassrace
Why only upgrade a couple hundred watts? Did the crescendo blow? and bass boost is all the way up? Why? SPLadd1ct
have the bass boost all the way up That's a bad practice, don't do that Cranking the bass boost induces clipping. TeamHT
Both amps underrated...I'm curious how the gains were set. Since bass boost is all the way up, I'm sure the same logic was used when setting your gains, most likely incorrectly. Not to mention a plethora of other reasons snd factors not listed.
