I wasnet there. To do a 123db on a 4500 sounds like something was severly wrong with whatever it was. I just wish people weren't so sensitive about people posting when bad things happen too. I mean, it happens, I don't see the point in praising when good things happen but keeping the bad things that happen on the hush. It kind of paints a false picture ya know. I don't think any rational person is going to decide not to do business with a company just because they made a mistake, especially when said mistake gets handled the very next business day! If anything, I think that will build said persons confidence in dealing with the company when he see's the level of customer service he's gonna get should something go wrong. If you hide all the bad stuff that happens then by default you're also hiding the excellent CS the company gives when they correct it.
