But if you know anyone that is able to send a kite to county/state (not sure the slang used in aussie land) let him catch the case for beating up a minor. When he is locked up, send a kite to some people letting know he beats up on little girls and see how he likes being the little girl. Break a mans bones, they will heal. Break a mans mind and he will be scared for life.
