Cross cut roast or some shit . it was $8.00 for a 2.6 lbs roast . cooked it like a primrib and it melted in your mouth . the I did a whole chicken ( brine for 8 hours ) and I have never had chicken breast that juicy , even the next day after refrigerating the shit was still moist and juicy.
