While I really like the ingenuity and the idea behind this, I am going to lean towards that messing with the structural integrity of the helmets intended safety capabilities!! Firm believer in letting my cars do my talking! You can't rush quality, it doesn't happen overnight. Quality takes time and dedication, but the end results more than pay for it. Any time you have have a power wire next to your frame put some rubber hosing (or cut up an innertube) around it. The wire is bound to wiggle (due to driving or flex) and the casing will eventually wear through. Hammerdown... 1% no links to outside websites, business related FB/YT pages allowed.

Every once in a while I check new retail on my 13 year old Snap On 1023 triple with SS top and workstation--up to $15k plus now…horry sheet. Never selling that one I guess. Nobody getting financing for even half of that outside of the truck. Static drops are my bag.
