meade916
NOS is for ricers. Edit: I guess a Lexus technically IS a ricer... but you get the point. Do some forced induction. they dont have forced induction for this car. Nothing that works properly anyway. The only dual turbo setup i know of is the same one everyone see's on the net and it doesnt work properly........because you cant tune these cars yet. Someday, i will put dual turbo's on it and KEEP the NOS. NOS is supposed to compliment turbo's REALLY nicely. My "ricer" is already faster then 99% of the shit talkers who try to call it a "ricer", it will be even faster as the years go on and more becomes available. The NOS is just for fun.... and because i want to. What's the issue with tuning? Lexus has the ECU locked down? I will talk to a friend of mine who is computer science major at LSU, see what we can do about this locked ECU for you. We will be in Cali for the BullRun in not to long. Maybe we can race. i highly doubt your boy is going to be able to do anything... but thanks anyway. bigmescan
I thought they made smaller bottles that could be hidden. But I would like the bottle to be seen. Also if installing NOS don't you have to make adjustments as well to the comp? CortezDTV
You need to get and engine management system so you can retard the timing for boost, without that u will develop engine knock If you buy the twin turbo setup it will work but you won't pass smog,(you may blow clean through the machine, but you will fail visual everytime.... the only way the twin turbo setup will work properly is send ur computer out to get retuned or run water/alchol enjection, this will make it possiable to boost more than a few lbs (2-5lbs) without retarding the timing..... I say get the twin turbo setup and get the water injection, boost 5lbs to start then, go for up to 10 lbs ish if the engine comes with forged crank, but atleast forged pistons stock internals which I believe it is, ull need bigger injectors for 10lbs Edited November 28, 2011 by CortezDTV SCSB Santa Cruz Speaker Box Build logs: Daily Driver Lemon Marquis 2 american bass 750.1s 350.4 on 14 focal 6.5s sq 945 on 4 hertz tweeters Mystery subs http://www.stevemead...__fromsearch__1 The Mustang 'dubbed' Shirley the project from bullet holes to badass http://www.stevemead...cond-skin-time/

96Blazer
I like it better off to the left side making it easy to take the bottom out while leaving room for a nice system. I think the bottle would look great if you got it color matched to your calipers and had some sort of SMD ISF graphic on it. 2001 GMC Jimmy SLE 4X4 Floor Shift AutoHeadunit - Alpine CDA-117Front Door Speakers - Alpine SPS-600C MidsRear Door Speakers - NoneDash Speakers - Alpine SPS-600C TweetersSub Amp - Rockford Fosgate T4002Mids+Highs Amp - Rockford Fosgate P4004Subwoofer - P3D215 Fosgate Punch 15Sub Box - Rockford Fosgate designed "powerful" ported box Built by myself i would rather run cheaper but sexier then expensive and fucking ugly. TheKiaMonster
I like the side for easy access when its time for a refill. The ecu on that car is not locked. I was able to bull dog my aunts in a way. I wrote new air fuel mixture values to the eprom directly 2 times before saving and closing the obd port and it took. I would wait for an aftermarket ecu anyways that ecu is very standard and has very limited tweeks you can make or it will throw mil light! Kdub26
i like it on the side. IMO - makes it more badass of "ah, just a little something" i would put it on the driver side of ease of turning it on. even though it isnt THAT big of a difference. instead of walking halfway aorund your car just to turn it on. nice though. you should get roy to paint the bottle black haha 1992 Camry "Stormtrooper"Quantum Audio DVD/USB/AUX 3.5" single din H/UXS D690Cadence 0g wiring and Kicker 4g wiring(2) Selenium 6w4p's(2) Selenium ST200'sKicker 200.4 (mids & highs)(1)Kicker and (2)Stinger RCA'sSecondSkin in trunk and doors12K HIDsMulitcolor Angel EyesSoon to be done:Big 3Mechman H/O Altsubs?amp?
