kingsuv
So most of my day was spent cleaning up the stock wire harness splice job into the LS-1 harness. Once I addressed all that to a point I was satisfied, I began working on the rear of the trunk for the last time. I wasn't feeling the beauty panels and I couldn't get the white edge lighting to work out so I ditched the whole top and started over. I wanted to add another layer of depth to it so i got busy on some edge detail. Took some 3/4 and made a template to work from. Then cut out my 2 sides out of 1/2 Then took a 3/8 roundover bit to the inside, then double stack the pieces to router the outside with the 3/4 roundover. Here You can see the height difference. Then took the 3/4 bit and just barley hit the bottom edge of the inside lip to help roll the carpet under. Then I took the jigsaw and cut out where the O logo would go and sanded down that edge. v Little bit of carpet and we are in business. All assembled. I had some issues with the plexi. It took me 3 tries to get a sheet without any hairline scratches. This one had one, but luckily it's in the middle where it can't be seen. Trunk is officially D U N Tomorrow I will wrap the dash so I can drop that back in and mount the deck. Then its just plug N play. Oh and a whole lot of cleaning Designing, building, and shipping boxes. I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more. Seems like it does it with relative ease....16 12's on 8 amps.........gotta love it.
dfoland93
Good lord everything is GODLY LOVE the gain knob! The spot with least resistance LOL. I would ground to a rubber dildo if it had less resistance than a run of 4/0 wiring. how many poeple work there 3 or 4 lol At crescendo HQ? probably 2-3 At the sweatshop in china? 30,000 children No Engine

kingsuv
Thanks guys. I'm content with the layout of the trunk. Although I do have ideas on how I would have done it differently. Maybe i can land another trunk job and put those ideas to work. Oh, and everything can be for sale, just gotta come up with the right dollar amount Designing, building, and shipping boxes.
