Filing for bankruptcy is nothing to smile about and just because you do it doesn't mean the debt just magically goes away. You're gonna fuck yourself for a very long time. Well I am not happy about it N8... I just honestly have no other option. The company I work for screwed me royally by taking ao long to provide us health insurance and the week I spent in the hospital for kidney problems buried me in a huge hole.. I just laugh about it because they spent money to have the papers served and before long the debt will be gone ...My friend did this and I'm kinda jealous I didn't file.... Less than a year later he has a brand new nissian titan and new credit cards. All old debt gone, I'm like WTF! That's dumb.
