They got the short end of the stick, someone else wrote them but these guys have to test if they work. After a solid hour or two of fixing tags, replacing model pieces and whatnot, we get it working. If these guys had gone straight to site and had to test it on actual conveyor, the problems would have taken at least a day if not 2 to find with 2 guys working on it with a pair of radios. Instead, everything is fixed sitting at a computer station. Makes people/me realize what I make is worth it in time and cost saving so someone doesn't have to be away from their home that much longer since so many problems are fixed before they ever leave for site. I had a lady drop her hot dog today and didnt make it a quarter mile before she pulled off to let me pass.
