HatersGonnaHate
Easiest way? A good drill bit, a corded drill or a beefy ass battery powered one, patience. Rigid has good metal bits, I've used them on cars in the past with no problems. HatersGonnaHate
Oh, and take a center punch and hammer your drilling location, great idea so the drill bit doesn't try to walk on you. ChevyBoy95
ok, i just need to bust out the old corded drill and go to town on it. I was just doing to bolt it, lock washer, etc and cover it with something to keep it form rusting. @ N8, i tried drilling through it for 5minutes straight and got about 1/16th when i tried last time. could have been a dull bit though. kingsuv
Fresh drill bits, start with smaller bits and up size as needed. Quote Designing, building, and shipping boxes. I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more. Seems like it does it with relative ease....16 12's on 8 amps.........gotta love it.

sprkn_ranger
Fresh drill bits, start with smaller bits and up size as needed. This...fresh drill bits and you can also try a cobalt drill bit. You can also use a lubricating spray to help keep it from dulling as fast. But once it's dull it's useless.
