memphisBred
I like vinyl over carpet. If you are willing to get everything smooth, so paint will look good, that's a great option. bass_stalker
depends, are you gonna do a cheap job or if you are gonna do it right. carpet would probobly be cheaper because its only glue and carpet. as for paint you may need filler, youll need to sand the box, and youll need primer and paint or if you do birch plywood you can stain it and use different finishes like gloss or satin Edited April 3, 2012 by bass_stalker Quote JEEP BUILD PROJECT ANTIBLING.2000 jeep Cherokee.HEADUNITAlpine Cda-9886SUBSTAGE1 acendent 18" audio mayhem motor with a TI basket and tantric parts1 prototype DAT hellfire 1000.1HIGHSStockELECTRICALdb link 0 gaugeKnuconceptz Kolossus 4 gauge1 xs power d3400 under hoodBig 3 upgradeold fourwheeler build The only way to delete your SMD account is for you crawl to steve meades door step on your knees and pleade for his forgiveness and acceptance to be released...He will either grant your wishes.....or choke you with a large piece of 0 gauge and electrocute you by hooking up a solid gold DC 12k at 0.000001 ohm and 10000 volts to your eye sockets and blow your head apart You guys act like you have never clogged a toilet and ran around the bathroom frantically hoping it don't overflow. KillaCam
There's many things you can wrap with instead of carpet. I like leather and suede. I think paint looks shitty unless you have the right paint, spray gun, and experience. Reaper
i do paint. 2 coats of primer then 2-3 coats of paint then 2 coats of clear. usualy come out nice and smooth. make sure you fill in your screw holes. i usually countersink them then use wood filler.
