scooter99
Yeah man, but I have a feeling it's because of the weight distribution. Both my amps combined are only 19lbs, and then the processor is what, 2 if that. So I'm thinking the fiberglass and metal, and that stuff, it's got to be the lack of weight distribution. I had both those heavier duty actuators on it yesterday trying them, and they wouldn't move it. I'm sure yours would be different. I need to see about getting that other one on the back seat though. I forgot to fold the seats down this morning, and while I was on the road I remembered and was like EFF it, I'm not reaching back there. I'm libel to throw a rib or a back disk or something! LMAO Anyway, I think you're much smarter than I am with this stuff, so I'm sure you can get something together to work. I love the WICKSwerks too. That's sick! You know what, forget it all I hate you again! LOL Facebook Page: S99Creations 2006 F250 Lariat Build

Yep, can't wait until I get the damm trunk done too. It will be a huge sigh of relief to get the install "complete". ...Only to rip part of it out and change it....... Yeah man, but I have a feeling it's because of the weight distribution. Both my amps combined are only 19lbs, and then the processor is what, 2 if that. You know what, forget it all I hate you again! LOL Hmmm. Is it the actuators or the angle that they're pushing against? I would think 300lbs in actuator force should have no problem with a trunk lid, even with equipment on it. You don't want to just throw more force at it if there is a bind somewhere. Could cause other damage to hinges and whatnot... Yeah I kind of like that logo myself. I see all these builds around here with a snazzy company logo and I thought "Hmmm, what could I come up with...?" I started throwing around combinations of the nickname Wicks and came up with WICKSwerks. Thought it sounded kinda catchy. Scott hates me again.....looks like I'm doing something right. BTW: Anybody pick up on the shape of the trim piece yet?
