Oh, just an FYI. Kicker 300 amp fuses are beast. Directly shorted a 1/0 run to the seat bracket and the fuse didn't pop. Voltage along the run still reads good, too. Curious how long it would take, in a short situation, for the fuse to blow. Undecided if this is a good or bad thing.

i run kicker fuses too but this seems to be a bad thing.. what if they dont pop?

Why would I take the fuse off? Was only changing out one battery for another.

But yeah, checked both fuses in that run, and they are good. Also checked voltage at each and every connection in the run, all good. Would be good for comps, but not for day-to-day use I would think.

Fuses of this size are not made to instantly pop, it's a slow blow. They can handle short spikes of current but try holding that fuse shorted and you'll see it blow.

No shit. But in a direct-short situation i'd hope they would blow quicker.

This ones a little deeper, less wide. Leaves me space for tools or groceries.

Finally cut the carpeted trim piece. Will make it easier to work on sealing the trunk off. And just looks better IMO.

Not set in stone yet, but the 'stang may be headed to Hennesseys Orange County location. Complete drivetrain and suspension. Way early in the communication stage with them, but I had to say something!!!
