I'm not entirely suprised they couldn't find anything with their "tests" Well, I found some links to the service manual the techs are supposed to follow, and the first step in many of the sections is to replicate the issue or have the customer replicate the issue. If they would have held the throttle at 1500rpm, they'd hear and feel the missing. Hopefully it is just spark plugs, if one was gapped wrong from the get go, it would create issues that would gradually getworse, like i've got. SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread

If I remember right, if you have a forced induction motor (which you do) you need to go with a colder heat range plug.
