Broke_Audio_Addict Posted May 2, 2015 Report Posted May 2, 2015 OK so this is the way I grill my potatoes. I take either a very shallow aluminum pan or I make one out of aluminum foil. Grab a bowl large enough to fit whatever amount of potatoes you're going to make cube the potatoes to the size of your choosing (smaller cubes cook faster). Place the cut up potatoes in the bowl drizzle them with enough olive oil to coat them. Next I take a package of liptons beefy onion soup mix (or more depending on how much you're making) empty it into the bowl and toss the potatoes to coat next I toss in a bag of frozen corn and mix it together. Now dump the potatoes and corn into the shallow pan you want a single layer if possible then take a stick of butter and cut thin pats off it and place them randomly over the top. Throw it on your grill away from the heat it takes between 20 minutes and an hour for them to Cook depending on volume and texture desired. You can place foil over the top of them if you like but I've found it makes them kinda soggy. The last 10 minutes or so I like to throw them straight over the heat to get crispy on the bottom so this is perfect to do while your meat is resting. I find that enough for a family of 4 takes about 45 minutes if the indirect zone is around 350° It's nothing fancy but everyone seems to devour them when I make them this way. That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.
79 cutty Posted May 2, 2015 Report Posted May 2, 2015 Homemade pico and guacamole while we enjoy the weather! Also some homemade "apple pie" shots made with everclear! (it'll get you drunk!) Firm believer in letting my cars do my talking! You can't rush quality, it doesn't happen overnight. Quality takes time and dedication, but the end results more than pay for it. OrzechNJ Posted May 4, 2015 Report Posted May 4, 2015 I would cut your whole diet to just that or you'll be miserable. This is just starting out, illl figure out other foods that will work for me as well, im just mainly trying to cut fat out, nearly all fat. I will show you in six months if it worked with before and after pics, dont let me forget man "Fat has many important functions as a nutrient. It is a concentrated source of energy and provides essential building blocks for the cells in the body. Fat is a carrier for fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K and it contains essential fatty acids (omega 3 and omega 6). It is also needed by the body to support growth and development, and for the development of the brain and visual systems. Dietary fat also improves the taste and texture of food." sometimes Loud is NOT pretty Sounds like its safe to go ahead and bend that ass over.
Broke_Audio_Addict Posted May 4, 2015 Report Posted May 4, 2015 What type of fat it is matters too. That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.
OrionStang Posted May 4, 2015 Report Posted May 4, 2015 Definitely. But even a little "bad" fat is good for test production. A marbled ribeye a week is hella good for the soul, mind, and body. SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread
