I just keep one from the Mcdouble, and one from the top of the McChicken, Add spicey buffalo sauce between, then my fries. Best shit on earth I swear. Not shown is the toast made with sliced french bread and garlic sauteed in butter then toasted. Beef has a shit ton of purines and gives me the gout, so I don't eat it.
