It might have been difficult with all the granola-type folks whining about the tire smoke. the tanner foust version, very comparable was somthing like $500k-$1mil i think. highly doubt people would pay that for a fiesta.... I figured they filmed the opening scenes during the closure of the Bay Bridge a couple months ago and from what I read right now sure enough they filmed it in May over the course of 4 days.
