CleanSierra Posted September 9, 2012 Report Posted September 9, 2012 First off is an Aura Force 400q-A and no idea really on the specs of the thing. Pics: Next is another weird one. This is a Koiller XM-7676: Last up is one many will recognize, it's a Memphis PR100.4. Were these 4 channels any good from Memphis? Pics : I pulled the covers off of every one of these amps to check around. My GF had these laying in a box in her garage for the longest time a d now they are in mine. What do I choose to DO with these things? I'm thinking the Memphis could run a couple sets of components, but the other two amps, I'm lost on. Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.
CLNSHVNnDRAGGN Posted September 9, 2012 Report Posted September 9, 2012 I've seen those first 2 brands at the indoor swapmart (I-17 and Camelback) when I was living out there. Don't know anything about them but I'm guessing that if they were being sold there they probably aren't too good. www.facebook.com/BILLatDivineCreationsPhoto He was taunting me. He's all like "come at me bro!" So I'm like "I'm coming at you bro!" And he's like "hey, fuck you" *chomp*. Then I killed it. I win. ^^^ you have truly taken being a lazy fuck to a new level tonight, an MRE. WOW

The girlfriend worked at a repo yard off of I-10 and 7th St. I'm sure they came out of some ragged out cars. I think the Memphis will clean up nicely and make a solid amp for a sound stage though. newls1 Posted September 9, 2012 Report Posted September 9, 2012 I used to run AURA equipment back in the late 90's....... Was expensive stuff back them, if im not mistaken, I think it was made in france (or at least the huge 5ch amp I had was) Aura has been around for a minute, and one of the big things that most remember them by was the "Bass Shaker" for those of us OS people, we all remember those! Aura was a good name back then, but not sure about now..... I know they do home theater stuff to. I love my staffie So anti FACEBOOK it isn't even funny

I didn't have the knowledge of good and bad I have now, but I remember the music could get really loud without distortion. Sorry I can't remember the model or anything. Colin - STAPUFT Posted September 9, 2012 Report Posted September 9, 2012 That AURA is a good amp. ...and I have some of the bass shakers. 4 of them actually. i had 2 8" AURA subs. They sounded really good. The Memphis amp is well... a Memphis amp- pretty good. The middle one is trash I think. 12 - 12"s in the STAY PUFT 1989 Chevy Astro Build & Comment Log Un-Interrupted Build LogYouTube Channel Chevy Trailblazer 5.1 Dolby Digital DTS Install You have a beard of a mysterious sea captain.
