Don't know how true that is but for me they are about $700 a piece.Since I'm here in Italy right now I wouldn't have to deal with the import fees. Heads up though that they are a new company and still working the kinks out of their subs. If you go to their site and read about the subs it tells the test they put them through and how they are improving them. Any time you have have a power wire next to your frame put some rubber hosing (or cut up an innertube) around it. The SP uses a stronger coil, stronger adhesives, and better suspension parts. This only goes so far. Its like a base model car vs the one that comes with leather and nav.
