lt1jerome
I'm about to install two Crescendo bc3500's on two DD9515i's with carbonfiber dust caps. Should I just put one 3500 on each sub or strap them together. Not really sure what the pro or cons of each setup would be. This will be a daily setup playing mostly music. My electrical is a Mechman 340, XS3400 under the hood, Big 3 and two XS D3100's in the rear. Thanks for any info.

lt1jerome
Really appreciate the info. I didn't know if I would see any power gains or if it would be more efficient to run strapped. Amp per sub it is.
AMI CUSTOMS
Strapped is better for the subs if you are going to run big power, less current thru the coils. Tim Lam
i saw some guy at a competition have 2 bc3500s on 4 Fi BL's and had better results when he strapped them together. they amps stayed cooler and bass sounded cleaner. (but he did change out his equalizer too, so it could have been that as well)
ALPINE408
ive strapped many amps allways been louder more stable and sounded better NOT strapped only strap if you HAVE to its more for comps for people trying to get all the power to the subs as they can like 4 amps per sub type of shit other than that strapping is only good if its the only way to wire to get your desired ohm load Have you ever had your woofers blown?
