What's your take on this subject?

Not throwing any business names out but if a company sends out a faulty woofer 3 spiders instead of 4 and it throws all of the linearity of my other 5 subs and sounds like shit on low notes. Should it be my resposability to pay the shipping there or the company that sent the fualty woofer?

I would hope the company would pay since it isnt what you specificly order, why should you have to pay for there mistake, it would be different if you had caused damage or altered your sub ,

that owuld be a defective woofer in my opinion. But ther are two sides to every story as well.

I have put it in other slots of the box and still same thing. I checked the triple joints ad everything and its all intact. But it's like that one woofer is broken in while the others are stiff

Company's fault, they forgot a whole damn spider, how do you do that.

I can not confirm its missing a spider but there is something off in this woofer. And it also seems to have a very very slight tick at high excurion

I think there is missing info so I will not jump to conclusions like others have stated.

First, how did you order the woofer? Through a dealer, or direct?

Also, is it stock with 3 spiders or 4?

Also, did you specify in your order that you wanted 4 spiders?

Also, did you specify that you are matching it to other woofers in the install previously?

Your reaction would highly depend on the answers to the above.
