re-designing box for HDC3 18's - opinions

What's up guys? I've decided that this weekend, I'm going to wall off my blazer. I've currently got my hdc3 18's subs up/port back and I'm not happy with the box. It is currently 13 cubes at 34.5 hz. with 210 sq in of port. I am having some unloading issues since I'm pushing 1900 watts daily to the subs. I was thinking of doing a smaller box at 36 hz. What do you guys think optimal box size would be for this power? Thanks!

Well i just assumed it was a mix between too much power and too big of a box.

At work now so I can't. I can put some on when I get home though. But either way, I am walling it off, so the new box is really what I'm worried about.

Adding more subs? What you trying to accomplish by walling it? 5-6 net is what the 18s like with 17-20 sq inch port depending on power and coil and what version hdc3.

They are copper coil d1 2012 model. But I built the box with a broken hand in one night so it isn't as clean as I would've liked. I'm walling my blazer off anyway and doing 4 15's in the near future and figured I would go ahead and make a solid shell for these 18's with a removable baffle. I just prefer a wall over subs up / port back.

Well guys, scratch that, just ordered a 3rd 18. Had to take advantage of that 15% off deal. Think I can get away with 16.5 cubes?
