RooTxBeeR Posted December 2, 2012 Report Posted December 2, 2012 What can anyone suggest to be louder on lower notes sealed up. With this system and my last system, even though both boxes where messed up a bit. I was always WAYYY louder windows down on low notes than when sealed up. Low notes are almost non existant with the windows up. Any suggestions? Omega5002 Posted December 2, 2012 Report Posted December 2, 2012 I've been told that deadening your roof allows for better lows, but I honestly can't confirm that, but something worth testing. 2003 Kia Sorento Team Subsonic LowsTeam Bassin' on a Budget2016 Rebuild Under Construction Best score: 150.2 at 40hz (3k, 2 Custom HDC3 15's) Usaci style(door open, in the kick)

I soon will be deading my hatch Full roof, entire doors, and doing some along my floor for road noise. ChevyBoy95 Posted December 3, 2012 Report Posted December 3, 2012 iirc it has something to do with the wave not being able to completely "mature" or form with the space allotted, so when the windows are down i can. some BS like that, not 100% on anything.
