Lenny hasnt had a single problem with them and he literally beats the ever living hell out of them nonstop and throwing a DC 9k on each demoing like a mutha trucka, still havent died. Even the more they warm up, the louder they get. Still havent sat in this thing, but the Ames show in September I will You KNOW it!! I'm not exactly "easy" on my equipment, but I AM careful with it and I bought the best (IMO) that I could... and I definately got what I paid for. And HELL YEAH, Ames is close my friend, and you shall have that demo... In the video I linked, we had the dustcaps reading about 185 degrees after demoing all day and 2 kaos runs...but the motors were only up to 150-160 degrees.. so I know I they had more left in em'
Jay L. Posted August 9, 2013 Report Posted August 9, 2013 I've seen this thing first hand in Platte City, back in April. Didn't get a actual demo, but you dont need one. If your within 10'-12' of it, you get the idea. Driverside window down, pass. side door open, standing at the pass. door it will flap your ears like a dog with his head stuck out the window doing 65. Seen it myself. And that thing played ALL day! Way more than anyone. Almost to the point of annoyance, lol **cough (Steve) cough** I think it's lame if 6 signed and numbered dustcaps aren't on the way now. I doubt there is anyone out there repping this equiptment, like this..... Lenny=Beast, I'm glad I got to see it.....

It's like Tide being your major sponsor on your race car and having a huge Toyota symbol on the hood instead. We all know they're SMDs tho. And that is loud as fuck for SQ subs. Steve only signed AND numbered the first 100 of the SMD's And I have videos EVERYWHERE for almost 3 years of these subs in action with the signed dustcaps... IF Steve would have signed more of them I would have them on there RIGHT NOW... And NOBODY "sponsored" ME.... I PAID FOR ALL OF MY SHIT... ...Shoulda' put Funky Pup Stickers on there and gained 23 Db... nope, i signed every single one of them. Only the first 100 were numbered. Who reconed them? i am sure there is at least 50-100 more signed dustcaps at Ascendant and if they wanted more, its easy to do. But really, it's your woofers, do what you want. So what if their not signed or the originals. Also Steve I was told the same thing that you wouldn't sign anymore dustcaps and that some of them are actually just a copy of your signature. Not sure how true that is since it came from someone that no longer works there. Either way Lenny your shit slams and keep up the work and keep the videos coming.
