Then accidentally pulled over a curb while parking the next day and cut it between the curb and frame. Brand new amp kit I just paid $80 for. Edit- Oh, it wasn't all the way through though. K_SubieXT Posted December 15, 2012 Report Posted December 15, 2012 I used to think Alpine type R's were the best subs on the market, wondered for months why my head unit wouldn't work and never bothered to check my fuse box, let a friend ground my amp to my seat belt bolt, and I hooked up an old amp with out taking the inline fuse out so a good amount of sparks and smoke occurred.
