Chris Hammer Posted December 17, 2012 Report Share Posted December 17, 2012 Similar thing happened to me but person rolled thorugh a stop sign turned right in front of me...i slid thorught intersection(only a two way stop for her street I had no stop sign) and nailed the back of her car...totaled my car and hers. I told my story and she told the cops she didnt turn off the street that she was going tthe same directionas me and that I was tailgating her.....I got he at fault and my insurance had to cover it....even with other people in the car. Pissed me off becasue she didnt have any insurance and she ididnt even get a ticket at the scene. I hope the police or traffic investigators side with you...people are stupid animals. Any time you have have a power wire next to your frame put some rubber hosing (or cut up an innertube) around it.
