sprkn_ranger Posted September 7, 2014 Author Report Share Posted September 7, 2014 Replaced the clutch, flywheel and slave cylinder on the ranger today. Slave cylinder developed a leak a while ago and I figured if I'm dropping the tranny to replace it I may as well replace everything in there. Out with the old... And in with the new... Clutch was starting to slip a little bit... Posted September 26, 2014 Report Share Posted September 26, 2014 plug change, iridium ngk from denso & stock wires to 409 taylor plug wires , tomorrow - transmission filter/gasket & fluid change(lucas) & rear end fluid (royal purp) & gasket change , then ill be ready for dem miles !!! Why the Taylor 409's? if you're on a stock ignition system it's best to stick with stock wires. That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals. I can't tell you how many times I've seen people throw aftermarket wires on and have problems and they can't figure out what it is.
