Lock This Please

Try this as a last resort: Unplug everything from the amp - speaker wires, RCAs, and remote wire; then run a jumper from the power wire to the remote turn on and see if it still does it

Was the amp new when you bought? We're is the amp mounted? Is it seeing vibrations. If this isn't the first time it could be how you mount the amp.

Sorry to hear about the amp Ken, sucks you can't even count on a bnib amp...I know you mentioned wanting to find another leviathan a while back, any luck with that?

I know you're not a rookie, but ever consider running it in someone else's vehicle to verify? Sounds like everything is checking out in yours but its worth a shot.
