sold a watch on ebay. buyer wants me to pay to have the battery replaced!

According to Ebay seller rules you are supposed to accurately described the item you are selling. If you did not notate this on the listing then per the rules you are responsible for the battery. If it was notated in the description the it is the buyers to fix. Simple as that.

Any time you have have a power wire next to your frame put some rubber hosing (or cut up an innertube) around it. The wire is bound to wiggle (due to driving or flex) and the casing will eventually wear through.

Once a cheapass, always a cheapass...especially on ebay. It's like buying a car and the seller tells you "It runs perfectly fine!". Then when you finalize all the paperwork, hand over the cash or whatever the fuck you do and try to start it but it won't start and the seller tells you "Oh yeah, needs a battery, your problem now"

ok. I tried to find the battery myself n I was a little upset when I tried to find it n came up with nothing. I went on the street n tried to find the battery with the number that was on its back n that didnt work either. I took care of it finally at the last spot I went to n got it for 4 bucks. im sorry I gave u a hard time. I really thought it was going to be more.

I do not appreciate defamatory comments that hinder my ability to sell things on here when you have no proof.

Like I said, 100% positive feedback on eBay, minus the guy who was mad I lost an item (before I shipped it and then I refunded his money)
