IAHertz
Doing research for my big build this summer, and ran across Kno Knoise sound deadener by KnuKonceptz: http://www.knukonceptz.com/productMaster.cfm?category=Sound%20Deadening Looks like this is a fairly new product. The company seems to have a good reputation for wiring products among the folks in this community, but only came across one reference to it when using the search function on the site. Has anyone tried this stuff? 100 mil thick, and 1 lb per sq ft sounds beefy, but does it perform?

SnowDrifter
Audiofanaticz did a half hour review of AT, Knu, and Second Skin on YouTube. It's long, but worth the watch. I'll be using some next month. ChevyBoy95
And for those who don't know, a mil referring to sound deadened is not mm or millimeters, it refers to .008in = 1 mil iirc. You want to look at the foil layer thickness too, it could be 100mils but be 97mils of butyl and 3 mil foil. Hopefully it is around 10mil foil though Best Score to Date : 160.5 dB Outlaw (47Hz)[4 XM 15's & 2 Taramps Bass 12k's] BL : http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/147800-chevyboy95s-4-15s-7krms-wall-1533-db-on-half-power/YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/hitemwiththeflex/

DubNDodge
I ordered some when I got my wire, haven't gotten around to installing it yet. I pealed back a bit and it is very sticky/tacky. MoneyPitInvestR
I bought 70 sq ft of it this past fall. It was a b**** to put down and "mold" it to the spare tire well. But it did the job thats for sure. Put about 10lbs on my trunk lid. rock solid now 2006 Impala LS Pioneer AVH-P4300dvd "Big 3" 0awg Iraggi 320a alt.
