Not that all of that is do to CS, But I have sent emails regarding me order weeks before SBN and never received a reply. Also heard that they are giving out discounts to those who dont cancel their orders. Never received that email either. Basically stuck, Cant get any word on when I will receive my order, Cant cancel it... Dont really want to have to go there. Just looking to get my speakers and finish my build. Fyi Good customer service has nothing to do with the price of products from a company. It all depends on how the business is run. You cant simply say you have to pay for top notch customer service. I could have ordered 10 5500s from them and been in the exact situation I am in now. I just feel it for those who needed their gear in time for SBN and could not get their builds together in time. Not saying I know exactly how Crescendo is run nor that I could do a better job. But out of the dozens of audio companies Ive personally delt with, Crescendo is near the very bottom. No notifications, no phone calls. No replies. *out partying at SBN* well he did post it on facebook.. how hard can it be to not read? i honestly like how its being run and keeping prices down.. better CS means he will need more employees and making things cost more. think of it like we would be paying sundown prices if he gets employees for us to complain to Not everyone has a focebook account So how they going to find out? Do us a favor, get your refund and next time don't buy the cheapest thing you could find. Next time you won't have to keep worrying because you don't have it yet. Trust me, if it's been as long as it has been and your sick of it, then go a different route. Pretty freaking easy. Oh. You probably were in love with the price.
