Demo sucked, vid REALLY sucked, and why would you say "NO" when the teacher asked you to explain what is going on? You guys didn't even face the box so the class could see the sub moving, like the difference between 20hz and 50hz might have actually been productive. Just going for cool points I guess.

Going off the video, which if you were doing something like that in school I would have made sure to hold the camera right.... That tuning fork demonstration was pretty interesting.

i agree with capri on this one. for one, why are you on SMD at school when you need to be learning. second, if i would have ever told my teacher no about explaining a project, i would have got my ass beat by them and then my parents for disrespecting my teacher. third, if you can't explain what is going on with the sub and how it reacts and why it reacts to changes in frequencies then you have no business even bringing something like that into the class. leave what mom and dad bought you in the car and enjoy it there.

I think you guys had good intentions when started this, but in an effort to show off and be cool it went a little wrong. Now I'm not going to knock you guys down anymore because I did stupid shit when I was a teenager as well. I just really hope you guys don't get discouraged by whats been said here but rather use it as a growing opportunity. You guys all have great potential and some skills so stick with it. Just remember that this type of behavior and lack of manners really isn't cool. And I'll gladly lend you guys any of my knowledge or gear if from here on out we can all behave a little better. Im not one to judge people on here, but I feel this time that it is in order. First, if you are going to hype this shit then actually get a real video made. Second, If you are going to be a part of this forum and run your mouth about what kind of equipment you run at least know what you are talking about. They should have explained it more I guess. The video was only about 5% of what actually happened. We did explain it to them. And she went off on a discussion about frequencies and what not. And another thing I don't know everything or even a lot about audio. But for being 16 and starting this year I feel like I am learning pretty quick. And I myself have bought everything in my truck with my own money from working a job and saving for it. Now I'm done with my rant. It was uncalled for for my buddy to call her a bitch. He didn't mean it like that though. So sorry we hyped this all up. We just needed to make a video of this entire thing not just a little part in the corner.
