Start of my "base".... Used all but 2 OEM mounting studs..... Oh well,,,.. did my best. Built up, and one more.... Again, this is just the base for the 3/4" birch to connect to..... Foam it.....I pre-drilled some holes, and went from the inside OUT.... worked great... Then,.... on to a roof section... I cut sections to hold the slight "arch", then, used self tappers to hold. Like the others,... I pre-drilled some holes, took the money shot from inside to out..... worked tits.. Did the last section the same way... I have a video, the roof, is now...
