I wont add another post, until subs are loaded.... Promise... Why on the neg studs... Guess ill add, that the reason i used a tap, and threaded back through the makings, is, that.. Ive already done the front negs,.. 2 in fact.. Drilled, and threaded, right into the frame. All i did, was drill 2 holes, Tap it, and started driving the fasteners home. Took me 2 seconds to see that there was NO WHERE near enough material on even the frame. I got like 4 threads. I was going to just weld a block to the frame, and tie in.. but.. i again thought,.. hmm.mmmmm this "other way" will be secure 2 ways... Threaded,. then screwed in from the back, then the eyelet, THEN another nut...... that, is secure... The way you did it is so much easier, well to work with later.
