Also, on my head liner console, im determined to get it mounted, and have it hold.

I have 3 peices of 5/16's osb again foamed to the roof. Im gonna try and BOND some heavy banding to it

Then, screw through the console, and the banding, INTO the wood. When set, ill foam.. again. If this dont work, it all comes down, and the liner

will get LINEX'd or Rhyno'd

Im gonna add 2 more bands front to back, and bond them also.

This bonding stuff, is pretty beast.... dig it

I added 2 more layers of the dynaglass to each side, and then started the shitty part.

Its turning out not bad... not bad at all. And i still have the light weight RAGE to go :)

Getting there man, looks really good. Looks seamless already

Thanks alaskanzx5 I might just do that
I can recone a sub myself. About a year ago I took 2 12" power acoustic mofos and made one sub. I took the magnet and the motor off of one and j b welded it to the other motor and magnet. I had to wind my own voice coil so it would work. After I was done hooked up to 2 boss 5000w amps. And shattered my back and all my side windows

came to this thread to recommend soundqubed and ct sounds. OP goes with soundstream.

oh lawd.

Your correct. The glassing (extra width) on the box, to the fleece setion, and the fleece section to the pillar itself, made a "lip". Or, a "step"... so, ...knocking the box side down was what i focused on.

If someone gets in, and is able to see the back of the pillar, then, they can beat me up over that. Fuck it.

But i did want some "smoothness" from fleece section, to the enclosure. (i hope you get that?)

So, i added MORE dynaglass there, then, brought it down. :detail: Im sooooo not good at this shit.

Oh well, my eyes are burning.. lol. Beer time. :drink40:

For me? Im very very happy
