Its a killer thought... but,. .i just cant squeeze the needed port per cube...... Blows... but, thems the breaks.. And.. second baffle comin up..... and... Laura and i hit a car show last night.. and a great COMP show today.. (i was actually impressed with the turn out, at the audio show. tacomaguy1 Posted June 9, 2013 Report Posted June 9, 2013 Those trimming ones are it....too small though. The bit part would need to be at least 3/4" long. You put the good piece on the bottom and untrimmed piece on top. The bearing on the bit rides a long the bottom piece cutting the top exactly the same as whatever is on the.bottom If that makes sense lol Team Flex Issues
Amart88 Posted June 9, 2013 Report Posted June 9, 2013 Little word of advice, make sure the hex screw that holds the bearing on the bit is snug. I bought a new flush bit last year, got half way through doing my port and the bearing flew off and the router ate a chunk out of my baffle. It sucked. My 2005 s10 blazer build. 4 zcon 18's walled.
