Thanks man. I appreciate that.

And about your wall, sounds good!

I would just go thru and plan way, way ahead. Makes it a lot easier when it comes time to do it!

But yeah man go for it, if that's what you really really want, then don't settle for anything less.

And let me know if you do so I can follow along!

On a side note, I had a small problem yesterday. Pics are uploading now. Damn top plate shifted on me.... FML! Pics otw.

Okay, so it's been a while since I've updated. I think it's time.

Next up is to finish the front loading wall/ port/ front baffle. So first I cut the port opening

Little curve for the top of the outside layers

100_4601.jpg

Then after cutting one side, I just flip it over to keep it uniform

100_4602-1.jpg

Then flush trim bit once again, to even things up

100_4604.jpg

Here it is all together

100_4610-1.jpg

Test fit... looks good

100_4613-1.jpg

Then one day while it was raining I bonded the two piece panels together

100_4620.jpg

And started thinking about how I was gonna do the top piece

100_4624.jpg

Think I like this better

100_4627.jpg

So first I needed to clean the rings up a little. These are the first ones I made, they needed it!

More coming!

So then I cut some angled pieces and glued it all together to get this angle.

100_4712.jpg

Then it was time to cut some holes

100_4715.jpg

100_4717.jpg

But wait, more holes???

100_4718.jpg

100_4719.jpg

100_4720.jpg

Here is a hint: The top ones are not for speakers...

100_4727.jpg

100_4728.jpg

That's right, plexi window baby! First I just cut it close

100_4729.jpg

Then use the flush trim bit again to straighten it up

100_4731.jpg

100_4732.jpg

100_4733.jpg

Getting there!

100_4737.jpg

Now some roundover

100_4738.jpg

100_4740.jpg

Now it just needs a little sanding, and it's ready for glass!

100_4741.jpg

And that's where I am now, more to come I promise!

Thanks for lookin'!!!

Okay so all I have left to do to this is glass it, sand it, body work it, wrap in vinyl. Done. Then I still need to cut out for the windows, and wires, and speakers. Then drill out the holes and insert t nuts for mounting. Then cut and weld bracing, then glass the inside, then paint, then put the front on, then build the subs, the amp rack, the battery rack, wire it all up, install the equipment, and then the wall will be done, and I can finally start back on the interior. OMG!!!!

Anyway, I think I'll just keep on taking one step at a time ;)
