Joe X Posted June 21, 2013 Report Posted June 21, 2013 Here is a suggestion: Enclosure Specifications:Fb = 34 HzVb = 1.25 ft^3External Height = 9 inExternal Width = 41.5 inExternal Depth = 14 inPort Width = 3 3/8 inCut Sheet List:* All Dimensions in Inches.* Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts.External Enclosure Parts:Front = 37 3/8 x 7 1/2Back = 41 1/2 x 7 1/2Left & Right Sides:Side 1 = 12 1/2 x 7 1/2Side 2 = 13 1/4 x 7 1/2Top & Bottom = 41 1/2 x 14L Port Internal Assembly Parts:Front to Back = 9 1/8 x 7 1/2Extension = 27 3/8 x 7 1/2 Assembly guide (generic dimensions): Important notes:- The 45s if you want to do them are 2 1/2" wide except the one/ones inside the port, if you want that let me know.- All boxes built outside the vehicle need to fit in their way in not just have the right dimensions.- This box should be operated around subwoofer(s) rated power. If that´s not the case, let me know.- The port needs 3 3/8" of free airspace in front of it for proper operation.- Setting your amp subsonic filter to 28Hz is suggested.

Just 2, I fell you'll be left wanting, That clean look just doesn't work for bass heads, i dont agree at all. i had 4 in mine and the box alignment didnt allow me to get what i wanted out of them so i made another box for just 3 of them.
