The floor is amazing, the kitchen is immaculate. Why is your sous chef only doing salad! WTF. They should be doing a couple hundred covers a night. Just because you are a good pastry chef doesn't mean you're good at everything else. She is useless and he doesn't have a spine. AND you keep the tips.
