Lol I'm trying to avoid thinking of it for now, because I'm honestly not sure. Maybe I might solder the leads to a wider flat aluminum strip, then solder the leads to that?

Everytime I see a guy driving a mini cooper I cant help but think he loves cock & (2/29/16)-My wife just bitched at me about throwing out things we don't really use. My response of well we don't really use your vagina so should we throw that out was evidently not the right response. I had to leave the room.

As for soldering the leads, I have found the easiest way to solder something that you don't want to heat up is to heat up a bunch of solder in a lug (or something metal that you can fill with solder) put some flux on the wire, then hit the flux with the torch quick to heat it a little then dunk it in the solder. The solder will wick right up to wherever you had the flux

Had to do this to solder the 1mm finewire on my led's to some 16 gauge wire, worked great

So I see you ended up choosing progressive spiders instead of linear. Any particular reason?

I would explain it to you, but I didn't actually order a progressive roll. So it might be a mistake. I didn't even notice I just took the pic and put it back in.
