subs seem to be going nuts,... but, kinda lacking? or is it me?

I dunno freq its a song called centipede by knife party, I mostly listen to dubstep, my truck my music lol

subs were moving fine but I agree I knew there was more for them to give and I was right

Wired at 1ohm to keep subs under warranty and also just because I'm testing, after last nights tuning I think I'll be fine with one ohm haha

I'm actually going to tune it so the gains are slightly lower so I can turn it up higher and get about the same output as its playing now...not because I think its louder but because the more volume levels you can turn up the more choices you have...I am looking forward to doing more testing on this set up just because this is my first setup that has some power to play with and equipment that can handle it

I seen this in person, Some much time and work into it, looks awesome

Thanks Rusty! It was really cool to meet you, will more than likely be up there again one day, probably when I decide I need to go bigger haha...which is very possible! Oh and maybe one day I'll trade you dash's haha, I know I can fit two sets of 5.25's in there and I need a fresh start!

might be hard to catch on camera the difference of yesterdays and todays output but I like it...much much more haha

I'll be making a video on the SHCA Deadener I got just to show you guys some differences it makes for a 10k system

also amps started out full blast before I was playing its a 100+ out here and those amps just bake in there being exposed by the window

just stating they didn't get that hot from 1 minute of play time

Still more tweeking with it I think there might be a bit more airspace than these subs like which is why they are moving so much on lower volume...going to uninvert the sub in the rear and see how they move which was the original design when the box was calculated anyway. should keep them from over excusion and allow me to trun it up more putting more power to them...we will see!

....last thing I want to do is tear these up from only a week because I did something stupid lol...I did my time on the waiting list Just want to get this thing to where it sounds good, but I can blast it without worring about smacking coils or tearing surrounds

made another video with the doors open showing a little flex...again volume aint all the way up...for now!

I will say at the very end where I was positioned is where I you could "feel" the bass the most

I think the next investment is going to be a term lab meter, then an SMD-IMSG or what ever that thing is called...but who knows when that is..

..going to hold off on installing the deadener so I can see the difference in numbers of what using it, then get down to buisness on figuring out what this setup likes to play..

Thanks guys...got some lC-1 rca level controls now I can adjust the bass a bit...

probably wont have many big updates unless I can get this playing louder, but for now its just me testing music and waiting to get some more equipment

Then the real work begins..I'll be doing small stuff I talked about in the mean time

I do have some other cool ideas of what I want to do to this thing so there will be more

Haha yeah they move! Thats for sure...really thinking the box may be a bit too big for pushing that power through them which is why I dont go any louder for now...going to take up some airspace inside the box with more 45's and see if that helps...I think it will give me more cone control...again I dont want to rip these bitches apart for this amount of play time.
