Yes the shipping companies could handle stuff better, but people are so quick to blame them let the hate begin lol Bro, it was the triple box the manufacturer uses, with extra styrofoam in the ends, and the amp itself blanketed in a few layers of bubblewrap. But think about a box that long and heavy, if it was stood up on end and dropped/knocked over, a component on teh board could easily be broken. SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread

CJ18 Posted May 29, 2013 Report Posted May 29, 2013 Insurance claim has to be filed by the shipper. I have never had any issues with fedex paying out a claim. I have had multiple subs dropped and the baskets broken and 1 amp literally looked like it was drug through puddles tied behind the truck.
