Broke_Audio_Addict
Vast majority of cars on the street are tuned for 87 it's not until you start looking a performance cars that you need to worry about it honestly. Small engines and motorcycles you should always run premium though. reedal
I was just curious for the knowledge. My Tahoe says e85. I think the closest pump to me that offers it is the NEX gas station. Anywhere else I throw 87 in. Ahmed Johnson
The e85 seems to burn faster and it made the cars I put it in ride a little hard. They were rentals so no fucks were given.
Broke_Audio_Addict
It does give you worse gas mileage and it burns hotter it also eats plastic and rubber and isn't stable without additives which they don't add so that means you buying them on top of the price of the fuel. It does have useful purposes but just for daily driving I would never recommend e85. CstrokerV
and 85 if you calculate the cost saving on the gas and the mpg you get you are not saving anything but like a few cents whats the point? and the race fuel we have a gas station that sells it now its a few blocks from the race track lol Quote my build http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/142505-small-build-log-4-dc-lvl3-10s-tl-update-link-to-rebuild/ http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/154258-rebuild-6-lvl3-12s-update-small-video-nothing-spectacular/ new build http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/188181-03-trailblazer-slow-build-8-dc-lvl3-12-m1-motor-m2-parts/
