Its fine for women to have their breasts exposed while breast feeding, its fine if they have them covered up with tassels.. But the nipple is not allowed. This i don't understand people who say the left lane is for passing and think you are suppose to go over the speed limit to pass.... No its for passing at the speed limit to pass a car going under it... Granted i probably would of went over to let him pass then continue to pass the two truckers because of safety .
