From what I was told, here in TX, it isnt considered a concealed carry situation if you have it in your vehicle. Quote 1999 GMC Suburban SLTNo system planned just yet. Look at "hate" spelled backwards. It spells "e-tah." For example, if you hate me you can e-tah dick.
3vil
Why would you use a .22 for a car/truck gun? Also why supressed? Are you getting in so many self-defense scenarios while driving that you are concerned about hearing damage (and in my experience .22 isn't a huge concern un-supressed). The money you would spend on a suppressor and the tax stamp alone would be better used for a SBR AR-15 or some 9mm PDW if you are wanting a vehicle only defense platform. Because it would look badass? A .22 is plenty enough to get someone to stop attacking. Ever been shot by a .22 round? didn't think so. Regardless, an attacker roles up and demands your vehicle, once you pull that gun there's a pretty solid chance that will unmotivate them right there. And, would like a 9mm to carry in the truck, but don't want to spend a few hundred bucks on something I really don't need quite yet. yeah would look super badass with a led/laser combo.
