If the wait staff screws around and acts like everything is fine after leaving my glass empty for a while or screwing up my order, if they get a tip at all, it's like this. Disappoint me and I disappoint you. I know shit happens, so if they make amends like removing from the bill or sometimes even just acknowledge they screwed up, I'll still tip.
