Omega5002 Posted December 3, 2014 Author Report Share Posted December 3, 2014 Been a while since I've updated, but I do have a few things here and there done.First off, I've decided to round over my portThen smooth out the back piece, and cut the port braces to see if I could get rid of some dead spaceRelocated the voltmeter, added a pac knob for the bass amps and left the eq for the frontstage.Also got some new fuse holders and cnf terminals, I was tired of the typical crappy plastic fuse holder ever audio company and their mother sold, so got a real marine grade ANL fuse holder(Blue Seas), and it's a dream to work with, sturdy, easier to fit wires and well built.Also did 2 ground runs from the engine block using 2/0 welding cable, and voltage improved drastically, with the 2 1500's at .5, i average between 12.9 to 13.7 full tiltAnd due to the changes, I gained enough to break my 150 outlaw, and the box sounds better as wellThough, have a new plan for 2015, and here's the first piece of the puzzle, 83 pounds of american made, fea optimized goodness 2003 Kia Sorento Team Subsonic LowsTeam Bassin' on a Budget2016 Rebuild Under Construction Best score: 150.2 at 40hz (3k, 2 Custom HDC3 15's) Usaci style(door open, in the kick) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
