Bottom line is how do you know he didnt get out of his truck to get a better view. You know to watch? None of the information or witness statements dispute that. Its why they are asking the jury to consider lesser charges. There is no way they presented a case for 2nd degree murder

Lol im not mad, it's just irrataing when people try and tell you what you are when you aren't.. and far as the watch, it was enough when you give a detailed description, location and direction (for his position, its not to pursue) .. Far as TM knew, he was a mugger, or a kidnapper, etc. So its two sides to the story, the only problem is only one side told it, the side that wants to be innocent (which in return are false accussations)

For those who are not watching the case the person who was breaking into the houses and were served 5 years in prison.

Personally he will not get the Murder 2 charge which I think we all agree upon. None of us knows what happened and we will all go based on certain things that we feel are right. There are people who are going to side with Trayvon team as well as those who are going to side with Zimmerman even if they know 100% that either of them were guilty or not guilty.

I know that Zimmerman has lied and got caught lying about a lot of shit. I dont think he deserve any murder 2 charge but think he is guilty of manslaughter. Based on his video interviews, recant videos and other things that dont match up with what he told his brother for his book, what he told Hannity as well as other things that were stated.

All I can say is that law needs to be re-written. You should be able to provoke someone ( I am not making reference to this case just saying in general) knowing you can fight, get your ass beat and then be able to shoot them and claim self defense.

Get into a fight with n8 let him beat my ass and then blow a hole right through him. Then claim self defense. Taking nothing into account what happened before.
