high output altenators who's really the best?

Recommended Posts

Wassup my peoples . Yes I'm a damn noob & I'm trying to get my shit right with your help of course. I recently spent a lot of money on a high output alt.

alt. brand : Power Bastards fitzall 220amp. They recommended that I get this according to the make & model of my car . This alt. is supposed to handle aproximatly 5000 RMS. :finger: yeah right my voltage dropped down to 9.81. I know, that shit crazy :sneeze: . So thinking about getting a mecman or DC . I was browsing thru this website & this guy was talking a bunch of shit on SMD forums. LINK BELOW . I want the best alt. Don't wanna commit the same mistake twice. please help. you have to see the link so you could see what i'm talking about.

Execution is built by mechman. Just go right to the source if you want to go that route.

Honestly OP is it a matter of preference. You are going to get different opinions from everyone here based on experience. You cant go wrong with Singer, Mechman, or DC Power. All quality REPUTABLE brands.

the only problem I have with some reputable companies is they get their cores from a junk yard, put a new case and reg. on it and call it new and others get it right from the oem source. feel free to pm me if you want to talk about it.
