I know it uses CUDA, is there any special commands I can run to increase proccessing? I have it running on two quad servers right now and a desktop. Does it by default use all the GPU's?

Yes sir, check out this link. It shows you where to put the flag's for your slots.

http://folding.stanford.edu/home/guide/configuration-guide/#ntoc9

The only flag that I run is "client-type advanced" on my gpu's. Well, all except one. I have a N550GTX that takes about a day and a half to work through the recent advanced WU's for about 9k PPD, not really worth it for me so no flags are set for that slot. My GTX 580 on the other hand without the advanced flag does around 22k PPD, but with it, it jumps up to about 70k PPD, so it really depends on your cards. What cards do you have?

And yes, by default it should recognize all your GPU's.

I have a 7970 as well as a 3770k @ 4.5Ghz. How long does it take to see progress in the percentage bar?

Edit: Nvm, I see progress now. Currently the gpu is chugging out an estimated 96,000 PPD and the cpu at 17,500 PPD

laptop i have roughly 13000 ppd and the tower i have a whopping 300 ppd. might put it on the other tower with amd fx8350 and msi raedon hd7970 i think it is. should i put it on that one? configure to run light when not in use.

That 7970 is a really good card to fold on. Try adding the client-type advanced flag for that card's slot, some people report 60k+ PPD with that card pulling advanced WU's.

I should probably edit the first post with some of the useful flags

I was off by a series. I've got the 7870. Running gpu and cpu overclock. I'd fold on laptop cuz its actually more powerful but only can do it at home while plugged in.

The 7870 is still good for about 40k on advanced WU's. The science appreciates any/all donations of computer time no matter how big or small. :)

Fold on

How can u get that? I'm only getting like 10k ppd from it. Ill check again but idk it seems really low for what they are.

Is it normal to be getting 5k ppd from my quadro gpu and 11k ppd from my i7? On my laptop and idek on the tower. My brother keeps fuckin with it so I can't get a straight score. I'd guess 10k ppd total maybe 12k

Only 4 cores? But that's still a nice score I think.

It's an Athlon x4 630 lol. Upper midrange CPU in like....2009? Maybe, idk when it was released. It's been at 3.3ghz since 2010.
